As the main sponsor of the Olympic Games in London, SAMSUNG has set itself the goal of presenting its sporting values at their best. The concept created by the agency hartmannvonsiebenthal and the international implementation by Holtmann+ put the products higher, faster and further in the limelight and sent them skillfully on their way – vfrom London via Moscow and St. Petersburg to Singapore. A pop-up store with a continental impact.
Our expertise at Holtmann+ came into play in various areas as part of this project. We not only took on the assembly of the pavilion, but also the comprehensive project and construction management as well as the organization and logistics for this innovative construction project. We carried out the work and detailed planning of the component groups up to production readiness to ensure that the concept could be implemented not only in London, but also in international locations such as Moscow, Singapore and St. Petersburg. To facilitate the application of the concept at the various locations, we developed multilingual assembly instructions. This enabled a smooth implementation of the pop-up concept worldwide. In addition, we handled the listing of components, photo documentation, method statement, risk assessment, TÜV report and B1 certification - all crucial steps to ensure the safety and quality of the project.
In close cooperation with SAMSUNG Electronics, our experts from Holtmann+ took on the realization of hartmannvonsiebenthal's impressive design - a 400 m² mobile pavilion called PIN, which was set up in the Velopark. Together, we succeeded in realizing SAMSUNG Electronics' goal of accompanying the Olympic torch relay at various locations as part of the pop-up concept and skilfully showcasing SAMSUNG Electronics' sporting values.
