2025 was a special year for Holtmann+.
75 years of experience in trade fair and event construction are not only a reason to celebrate, but also an incentive to try new things. Between the anniversary celebrations, innovation, and sustainable development, we showed what the “Plus” in our name means: more ideas, more responsibility, more future.
A strong year begins – with focus, team spirit, and a vision for the future
The year began with our kick-off event – a moment of reflection and new beginnings. We looked back on our successes and lessons learned and resolutely focused on the issues that move us: digitalization, economic efficiency, sustainability, and collaboration.
Right at the beginning of the year, our managing director Jörg Zeißig took over as IFES president: a strong signal for international cooperation and the shaping of sustainable live communication.
Successes that remain visible – projects that make a difference
2025 was marked by numerous successful trade fair appearances that combined creativity, precision, and partnership-based collaboration.
Whether VR Payment at EuroCIS, WAGO at embedded world, or BWT and Windhager at ISH – we created spaces that brought brands to life. Sustainability, modular construction and innovative concepts were the connecting elements.
With hubergroup at ECS, Weinig at LIGNA and Stadler at transport logistic, we created appearances that impressed with digital interaction, emotional staging and perfect logistics.
A real highlight: NGen at the Hannover Messe – 5,400 m² full of innovation, implemented together with over 200 exhibitors and under the motto “The future's here.”
At SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN, we also demonstrated with Fronius that sustainable design and technological innovation go hand in hand.
And at Expo Real, we showed with Union Investment Real Estate GmbH and DZ HYP what durable, timeless, and resource-saving stand design can look like.
The project highlight at the end of the year was Agritechnica, with a large number of customers and an exhibition hall built entirely by us.
Innovation meets responsibility – sustainability as an attitude
In 2025, sustainability was not just a buzzword, but a way of life.
With our successful ISO 20121 certification, we have proven that sustainable management is not a goal, but a continuous process.
Our Sustain+Abilities Report 2024 transparently documents how we combine ecological, social, and economic responsibility and what contribution we are making to the transformation of the industry.

As a co-initiator of the global BetterStands program, we are committed to reusable stand construction and demonstrate that sustainability promotes efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
System meets emotion – new approaches in trade fair construction
2025 also saw the further development of our service portfolio:
With the new exhibition stand configurator, we have created a digital tool that intelligently combines planning, visualization, and implementation – initially at NürnbergMesse, and in future at other locations too.
At the same time, our system construction business came more to the fore: modular, flexible, resource-efficient, and now with its own stage on our website.
Focus on community – people who make the difference
In addition to all the projects, 2025 was also a year of togetherness. From the team meeting in Langenhagen to social days, the company run, and family day – cohesion and commitment shape our corporate culture.
A special highlight: our anniversary on July 1, 2025. Together with partners, customers, and employees, we celebrated 75 years of history and the courage to shape the future.
We also had an international presence: at the IFES World Summit in Mexico, our team brought new ideas to the table, from sustainable strategies and experiential marketing to global knowledge exchange.
Generational change and new perspectives
In 2025, we said goodbye to long-standing colleagues, welcomed new talent, and accompanied our trainees and students as they took the next step in their careers.
This shows that securing the future begins with people who are allowed to grow and an environment that promotes development.
Outlook for 2026 – the plus continues
After 75 years of experience, one thing is clear: standing still is not an option. With digital tools, sustainable concepts, and a strong team, we are starting a new chapter – ready to constantly rethink live communication.
