Open questions, honest answers: a Successful townhall at Holtmann+

Open questions require honest answers—and that is exactly why the new town hall format was launched at Holtmann+.

Last Friday, employees from across all locations came together to exchange ideas, ask questions, and discuss current topics. Whether in person or joining digitally: the level of participation and the openness of the dialogue demonstrated just how important this space is for internal communication.

What makes the town hall special is its clear focus on transparency and dialogue. Instead of a traditional one-way format, the event centered on open exchange—featuring diverse perspectives from across the entire organization.

Anonymous questions also made it possible to address topics that might otherwise have gone unspoken. This led to a constructive discussion that not only provided insights but also delivered concrete ideas for the company’s further development.

Above all, however, the town hall thrives on the openness and trust of the employees. The courage to address issues and share perspectives makes all the difference—and that is precisely what makes this format so valuable.
